Utah Travel Declaration

The Governor has issued a Travel Declaration requiring all individuals 18 years or older to complete a COVID-19 Utah Travel Declaration  form when entering our state.  We support these measures and will ask if it has been completed prior to your arrival.

  • Have you, or anyone in your party been tested for COVID-19 in the last 14 days? (Yes-Tested Positive, Yes-Tested Negative, Yes-Awaiting Results, No).
  • Are you, or anyone in your party currently experiencing any of the following symptoms :  Cough, Shortness of breath, or Fever? (Yes, No).
  • The form will then ask for your home address, cell phone, email, and places traveled in the previous 14 days.

Our Precautionary Steps

The safety of our guests and employees is at the forefront of what we do. For this reason, we’ve began taking the necessary steps to be part of the solution and help prevent the spread of COVID-19.  Here’s what we are asking your help with:

CHECK-IN:

  • Phone check-in with pre-pay the day of your reservation or before.
  • Curbside check-in for all during business hours.  After hours your packet will be available at the office door.
  • Practicing social distancing of 6-feet from others.  Please do the same.

AMENITIES:

  • POOL and HOT TUB are OPEN!
  • Laundry room by appointment 7:30am – 1:00pm, no appointment needed from 1:00pm-8:00pm, limit of two persons.
  • Activity Room, Billiard Room, Fitness Center, and Lounge are made available by appointment, sign up at the office or call 435-673-6400, 7:30am – 6pm.
  • Please use the provided 710 disinfectant to wipe off areas you use in buildings when you sign up for a time.
  • Thoroughly sanitizing ALL high traffic areas and touch points, multiple times throughout the day.
  • Practicing social distancing of 6-feet from others.  Please do the same.
  • Tenting is currently not available.  Every unit must be fully self-contained.

BATHROOMS / SHOWERS:

  • First, please use your own Bathrooms and showers, if needed, ours are still 24hrs availability with code, limit of three persons.
  • Practicing social distancing of 6-feet from others.  Please do the same.

OFFICE:

  • Open door policy in the office during business hours (please do not touch things you don’t need to).
  • Practicing social distancing of 6-feet from others.  Please do the same.

IF YOU OR ANYONE IN YOUR PARTY HAS TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID-19 IN THE LAST 14 DAYS, PLEASE DO NOT TRAVEL, PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE RESORT, PLEASE, PLEASE STAY WHERE YOU ARE AND SELF ISOLATE UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A NEGATIVE TEST RESULT AND ARE CLEARED….PLEASE!

For information specifically for the State of Utah, visit the Utah.Gov Coronavirus website updated daily at 1:00pm (MST).

  • Practice social distancing, keep a 6-foot distance from others.
  • Frequently wash your hands with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not readily available, use hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
  • Stay at home if you are not feeling well, self isolate….
  • Wear a mask if you are outside to protect others.
